RR.RHAPSODY | REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. PHILOSOPHY At RR.RHAPSODY, we take pride in our "Remade to Wander" philosophy. Because our bags are handcrafted and often use upcycled materials, each piece is unique. Natural variations in color, texture, and small "imperfections" are part of the story and are not considered defects.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your bag arrives with a functional defect (e.g., broken zipper or hardware failure) that is not related to the intentional upcycled nature of the material, please contact us at allgood.penang@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the defect and your order number.

  • We will offer a Repair, Replacement, or Full Refund at our discretion.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items purchased during a Sale or marked as "Final Sale."

  • Customized or personalized orders.

  • Workshop bookings (please refer to our Workshop Cancellation policy in the T&C).

  • Gift cards.

5. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL or GDEX), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. REFUND PROCESS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via Whatsapp that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (Bank Transfer / DuitNow) within 7–10 business days.
