RR.RHAPSODY | TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION This website is operated by RR.RHAPSODY. 
Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms', 'Terms of Service') carefully before using the website (the 'Service') operated by RR.RHAPSODY ('us', 'we', or 'our'). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.


By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


2. HANDCRAFTED & UPCYCLED DISCLOSURE Our products are handcrafted and often utilize upcycled materials. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Unique Variations: Each item is uniquely one-of-a-kind. Minor variations in stitching, color, and material texture (including signs of the material's previous life) are not defects but intentional characteristics of upcycled art, aligned with our direction towards Sustainable Crafts and our product concept “CAUTION: WABI-SABI”, where we appreciate the imperfections as a kind of aesthetic.
  • Authenticity: By embracing these variations, you support our "Remade to Wander" philosophy and the values we cast upon our creations.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT * Currency: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

  • Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, QR or Cards. Your order will only be processed once we have received a valid proof of payment or confirmation from our payment gateway.
  • Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect information or price, we reserve the right to refuse or recall or cancel any orders placed for that item.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY * Processing Time: Since our bags are handcrafted, please allow [2-4] business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Shipping Providers: We primarily use DHL and GDEX for our deliveries to ensure great efficiency and reliable service.
  • Estimated Delivery: * West Malaysia: 2-4 business days.
    • East Malaysia: 3-7 business days.
  • Risk of Loss: All items are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier (Based on your region). We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or lost by the courier.

5. WORKSHOPS & SPECIAL EVENTS BOOKINGS * Registration: Your spot is only confirmed upon full payment or special invitation.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than [7 days] before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within [48 hours] are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. (Contact us for communication)
  • Liability: RR.RHAPSODY is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to personal belongings during on-site workshops.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and bag designs, is the property of RR.RHAPSODY. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our designs or website content without express written consent.


7. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold RR.RHAPSODY harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, or the unlawful usage of our designs.


8. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • Keep It Real: We count on you to provide accurate registration information and keep your details current.
  • It's Just For You: Your account is for your personal use only. Please do not register for more than one account, create an account on behalf of someone else, or transfer your account to another person.
  • Stay Secure: Please keep your username, password, and other login credentials secure. Your account is private, so please don't share it!
  • Partner Up: If you ever notice anything suspicious or unauthorized happening with your account, let us know right away. Remember, you are responsible for any activity that happens through your account.

9. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by RR.RHAPSODY. RR.RHAPSODY has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that RR.RHAPSODY shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.


10. GOVERNING LAWS & RIGHTS
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service Changes.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
